Refund Policy

1. General Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all bookings made with Slovenia Photography Tours. By booking a tour, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Deposit Refunds
A full refund of the 20% deposit is available if cancellation is made more than 30 days before the tour start date.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
Any payment processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
3. Cancellations Within 30 Days
If a client cancels less than 30 days before the tour start date, the deposit is non-refundable.
4. Full Payment and Digital Product Delivery
The remaining 80% must be paid at least 30 days before the tour.
After full payment is received, clients are provided with:
A custom itinerary
A digital guidebook
All necessary tour information
Because these materials are personalized digital products, no refunds are provided after full payment has been made, regardless of cancellation reason.
5. Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their tour free of charge.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be agreed upon in advance.
6. Weather and Conditions
Tours operate in all weather conditions.
We do not guarantee specific photography conditions (e.g. fog, snow, frozen landscapes, lighting).
No refunds are provided due to weather dissatisfaction or unmet expectations.
7. Force Majeure
In the case of events outside our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Border closures
Travel disruptions
We offer:
Rescheduling, or
Credit for a future tour
No refunds are provided in these circumstances.
8. No-Show Policy
A client is considered a no-show if they:
Do not arrive at the agreed start of the tour, or
Fail to respond to communication attempts
No-shows are non-refundable.
9. Payment Processing Fees
All refunds exclude non-refundable payment processing fees (e.g. Stripe fees).
These fees will be deducted from any refunded amount.
10. Cancellation by Slovenia Photography Tours
If we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns, clients will be offered:
A full refund, or
The option to reschedule
